Everything was great during 1 day, appreciated its great location close to several restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy as well as Jiffy Lube Live. We had iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed in the suite. The staff was super-friendly, amicable, and responded promptly to requests.

Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was situated close to the Jiffy Lube Live venue and within walking distance of various dining and shopping establishments.

The air conditioner/heating unit in the room was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This issue was experienced not only by me but also by my family members who were staying in a different room.

We were impressed by this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to go. They even unloaded our car and loaded it back up for us the next day. The room was very clean, comfortable and not the standard cookie cut hotel room. We also loved the location of the hotel, it was within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel had some decent amenities like a gym and a pool. the breakfast was good too, with plenty of options to choose from. the location was quite convenient too, close to a lot of restaurants and shops.

My overall experience was pretty disappointing. the noise level was really high, with people being loud and running in the halls at all hours of the night.

We are people who like karaoke and casinos, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that Springhill Suites offers karaoke nights and is conveniently located near several casinos.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, carrying our plates to our seat during breakfast and even unloading and loading our car for us without accepting a tip. The manager went above and beyond and even signed us up for rewards. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the hotel had great facilities. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. our experience was the best we've had.
